Booking Terms and Conditions


We operate on a restaurant licence, therefore food does need to be ordered in our establishment.


To confirm each booking, we require deposits of £10 per person. This will be taken off the bill at the end of your visit, however in the event of a cancellation 48 hours prior to the booking or a no show, then the deposit is non refundable. If less people show than originally booked, they will lose their portion of the deposit.

We will hold your table for 30 minutes. If you’re over 30 minutes late without informing us, we may give away your table and we cannot refund your deposit. You will have the table for 2 hours unless our staff specify differently. 

To pay a deposit, you can either pop into the restaurant or call and pay over the phone on 01709 533966 from 11am Tuesday until Saturday. Until the deposit is paid, the booking is only provisional and not valid. You may lose your table if you do not pay a deposit in due course.

Unfortunately, due to the size and nature of our business, we do not allow children under 12 in the restaurant past 6pm. For more information, please speak to a member of staff.
