Booking Terms and Conditions

 

We operate on a restaurant licence; therefore food does need to be ordered in our establishment.

If you call after 5pm, please be aware that we may not be able to answer the phone, as this is our busiest time, and we always prioritise guests who are currently in our building. If we do not answer the phone, please leave a clear voicemail providing all the relevant details as requested, and we will call you back as soon as we possibly can, which may be the following morning.

To confirm each booking, we require guests to leave their card details. No amount will be taken from the card unless guests do not show for their booking. Guests will be charged £5pp if they do not show on weekdays or at lunch time on a weekend. Guests will be charged £10pp if they do not show on a Friday or Saturday evening. Full terms and conditions will be provided upon booking.

We will hold your table for 15 minutes. If you’re over 15 minutes late without informing us, we may give away your table and you may be charged. You will have the table for 2 hours unless our staff specify differently.

Upon booking, please inform us of any allergies or intolerances. Although we try our very best to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot 100% guarantee it.

Unfortunately, due to the size and nature of our business, we do not allow children under 12 in the restaurant past 6pm. For more information, please speak to a member of staff.
